Position: Head of HR Department
• Responsible for the development of HR directions, systematically along with the company's expansion from a start-up of 20 people, then up to a medium business company with more than 170 professionals on staff. Managed to create HR processes from scratch, managed 2 persons as direct subordinates.
• Developed HR directions, managed personnel document flow - under the Regulations of the labor law of the Russian Federation, including military accounting and reporting to state’s regulatory institution. Created and developed the whole process and assessed full control. Regularly successfully completed all audits avoiding penalties. Developed, implemented, and controlled the regulations and inner company policies. Implemented automation in HR processes: 1C ZUP and Helpdesk.
• Responsible for recruitment of narrow-profile specialists (mainly software and hardware developers), senior managers, sale managers in IT and ISec products and services. Implemented automation in recruiting: EStaff, Amazing hiring, Potok, Huntflow, Officevibe, etc.
• Engaged in developing orientation materials and adaptation processes. Supervised the probation periods of employees and regularly monitored working Conditions, while recommending effective improvements.
• Maintained the development of the company's brand in and outside the company. Engaged in the development of EVP and measuring it’s eNPS.
• Organized and participated in student Career Days within the company as well as in universities. Worked with leading technical universities. Participated in the organization of training and practice.
• Organization and holding of entertainment, sports, career, cultural, educational events. Created and conducted trainings on soft skills. Advised managers on labor legislation, management psychology, and pedagogy.
• Engaged in psych diagnostics, evaluate what the influence of personality on business processes is and can explain it. Conducted career consulting.
